Senior Manager, Global Enterprise Communications About the Role: As a Senior Manager on the Global Enterprise Communications team, you will lead strategic communications initiatives that enhance Capital One’s reputation and support key business objectives. You’ll manage high-impact programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with internal and external partners to deliver creative and effective communication strategies. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic advisor to internal leaders and partners on communications initiatives. Lead planning and execution of data-backed, integrated communications campaigns aligned with enterprise and line-of-business priorities. McLean, VA: $163,900 - $187,100 for Sr. Communications Manager Richmond, VA: $149,000 - $170,000 for Sr. Communications Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
