Job Summary
Are you a high-energy communicator with a drive for sales excellence? This is an opportunity to join an established leader in the outsourced SDR space with over 15 years of proven success. We are looking for a remote Sales Development Representative to act as the frontline for our US-based clients. You will leverage a sophisticated sales methodology and world-class tools to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth in the North American market. Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, averaging 50 targeted cold calls per day.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts to build a robust pipeline.
- Consistently achieve a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous records of all activity and lead status within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with account teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies based on market feedback.
Requirements
- Experience working with US-based companies.
- Ability to work fixed USA business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Time Zone) regardless of your physical location.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in SaaS sales and outbound prospecting.
- Coachable mindset with a desire to master established sales methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of determination and resilience to handle the challenges of cold outreach.
