As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will support ERM's global delivery by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor invoices and employee expenses. You will work within the Global Finance and Accounts Payable team, partnering with employees, vendors, finance stakeholders, and business teams across multiple regions to ensure smooth payment operations and strong financial controls. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, supporting business continuity, strengthening compliance, and enabling scalable finance processes across ERM's global operations. 2. What you'll bring: · 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Management, Accounting Operations, or a related finance function. · Proven ability to process high volumes of vendor invoices and employee expense claims while maintaining accuracy and compliance. · Strong understanding of accounts payable principles, invoice approval workflows, expense policies, and financial controls. · Experience working with ERP platforms and procure-to-pay (P2P) systems in a global or multi-entity environment. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve exceptions independently. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills when partnering with employees, vendors, and internal teams. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis. · Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving systems, processes, and business requirements. 4. Preferred: · Experience with BST, Microsoft Dynamics, Tipalti, Rydoo, or similar AP and expense management platforms. · Experience working within a global shared services or global delivery environment. · Exposure to finance transformation, process improvement, or system implementation projects. · Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled finance tools, or workflow optimization initiatives. · Professional qualifications or certifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 5. Key Responsibilities: · Process and validate vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and in accordance with company policies and approval requirements. · Monitor invoice and expense approval workflows, following up on outstanding approvals to support timely payment processing. · Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, coding errors, and expense policy exceptions. · Support payment runs, vendor statement reconciliations, and resolution of aged or outstanding balances. · Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to support audits, compliance requirements, and internal control standards. · Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding payments, reimbursements, and accounts payable processes. · Prepare operational reports and metrics related to accounts payable performance, approval aging, and compliance. · Participate in system implementations, testing activities, process improvement initiatives, and automation projects to enhance AP efficiency and effectiveness. · Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and broader accounting operations activities.
