About the role We are looking for a Sales Engineer Industry to join our team in Sevilla, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering professional at an early stage of their career who is interested in combining technical expertise with a commercial mindset in an international industrial environment. In this role, you will support the sales process by understanding customer requirements, contributing to technical and commercial proposals, and helping develop solutions tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal engineering and operations teams while developing your technical and commercial expertise. The position is onsite at our Sevilla offices and requires approximately 75% travel, mainly within Andalusia, giving you the opportunity to build strong customer relationships and gain direct exposure to the industrial market. What you will do: Support the preparation and presentation of technical and commercial proposals. Contribute to the development of solutions tailored to customer requirements and applications. Participate in customer meetings and visits, providing technical and commercial support. Respond to technical and commercial enquiries and support customers throughout the sales process. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable. Follow up on quotations, proposals, and business opportunities. Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information in the CRM system. Analyze market and competitor activity to help identify new business opportunities. Contribute to the implementation of the commercial strategy within the assigned area. What you need to succeed: Required: University degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar engineering discipline, or equivalent education. Up to 2 years of experience in a technical and/or commercial environment. Strong interest in developing your career in technical sales within the industrial sector. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools. High level of English. Availability to travel approximately 75% of the time, mainly within Andalusia. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills and ability to understand technical requirements. Proactive approach, initiative, and willingness to learn. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment. Preferred: Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform. What we offer you A permanent contract.
