ポジション概要: APJにおけるPatient Insightsの高度化を目的として、Patient Ladder、Real World Data（RWD）をはじめとするPatient関連データの統合・モデリング・活用基盤構築をリードするData Engineeringポジションです。本ポジションでは、Snowflakeを中心としたクラウドデータ基盤上で、Fivetranによるデータ連携、dbtによるデータ変換・モデリングを実装し、Patient Insightsおよび将来的なAI/Analytics活用を支えるデータ基盤を構築します。 APJ Transformationでは、Patient/HCP/Commercialデータに加えてRWD・EMRなどを統合し、Snowflake上にAI-readyなデータ基盤を構築します。主な職務内容 1. Patient Data Integration · Patient Ladder、RWD、EMR、CRM、Patient Support System ,Market Research等のデータの統合 · 各CRM　Data SourceからSnowflakeへのデータPipelineの設計・開発 · データソース間のMapping、標準化、データ品質管理 · APJ各Market・Business Functionと連携したデータ要件の整理 2. Snowflake Data Platform Engineering · Snowflakeを利用したData Warehouse / Data Martの設計・開発 · Patient Insights、BI、Analytics、AIで利用可能なData Modelの設計 · 再利用可能で拡張性のあるData Architectureの構築 · Data Quality、Performance、Maintainabilityを考慮したEngineering 3. dbtによるData Transformation · dbtを利用したデータ変換・Data Modeling · SQLベースのTransformation Layerの設計・開発 · Business Definitionを反映した再利用可能なData Modelの構築 · Test、Documentation等を含む持続可能なData Engineering Processの構築 4. FivetranによるData Integration · Fivetranを利用したSource SystemとSnowflake間のデータ連携 · Data Pipelineの設計、構築、運用 · データ連携における障害・品質問題のTroubleshooting · 新規Data Source追加時のIntegration Design 5.
