Agilent Diagnostic Service (ADS) serves and services diagnostic laboratories world-wide. ADS is a team of +190 Agilent Field Service Engineers (FSE), +40 Agilent external Service Providers (ASP), and a Global Service Operations (GSO) team in Denmark. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic and versatile team as GSO is searching for a new Service Administrator and Training Coordinator to help manage the ADS teams from an administrative perspective. The position is a 12-month temporary position. All necessary training will be provided by Agilent to be able to fulfil the role. This means that we are looking for the right attitude rather than a long administrator experience and therefore you can be a new graduate or have an alternative background. You should be truly motivated to contribute to our team and eager to learn. We value international experience, independence, high work ethics, and positive personality. Primary Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Global Service Operations team as per need and priorities agreed with your manager. Own the Instrument Service Training Plan Process and Training Coordination for all ADS employees and external engineers, identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance training administration through Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies. Provide ad hoc assistance to personnel with access to our systems. Be the subject matter expert for our Learning Management System, working closely with the team to develop and deploy e-learning courses, optimize learning processes, and ensure completion and compliance requirements are met. Manage our onboarding handbook and other onboarding processes and procedures. Monitor global QMS documentation and ensure timely updates to relevant applications, processes, and training records to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness Support communication within ADS incl. creation of newsletters. Qualifications Education within Business Administration or a similar administrative degree Fluent in English (written and verbal) Strong Microsoft 365 skills coupled with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and leveraging the wider Microsoft ecosystem Strong sense for details and structureGood analytical skills and can comprehend larger processes or data Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive mindset Ability to work with minimal supervision and make good judgments in decision making Flexible and open to change Team player. Willing to help others when workload in your area is low.
