As a Salesforce CPQ Senior Associate you will support client-facing managed service delivery work centered on Salesforce CPQ processes, data review, enrichment, quality control, and issue resolution. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to navigate changing priorities while aligning your work to broader project objectives within our Managed Services practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to Salesforce solution support, monitor process outputs, interpret data for insights, and help advance service delivery across assigned workstreams. Responsibilities - Managing Salesforce CPQ outsourced process workstreams across client support, data review, enrichment, and processing activities - Reviewing incoming requests, resolving escalations, and triaging queries tied to quote-to-cash and customer data workflows - Applying Salesforce configuration knowledge to support platform updates, workflow improvements, and application lifecycle activities - Validating data quality, control steps, and service level measures to maintain consistent delivery across assigned tasks - Documenting process steps, issue trends, and corrective actions to support repeatable service execution and knowledge transfer - Interpreting client needs and business context to develop practical recommendations for process optimization and issue resolution - Collaborating with senior team members to monitor work progress, address complex scenarios, and adapt to changing priorities - Using analytical thinking and Salesforce tooling to identify root causes, track defects, and support continuous process improvement What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Salesforce CPQ configuration experience in client service environments; - Experience translating business needs into Salesforce solutions; - Using critical thinking to break down complex CPQ scenarios; - Interpreting data to inform recommendations and delivery decisions; - Guiding junior team members through assigned workstreams; - Anticipating client needs while navigating ambiguity; and - Developing understanding of broader project objectives Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
