The Sr Director, Marketing is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving demand generation, executing major marketing campaigns, and overseeing the marketing technology and revenue operations infrastructure. Leading a remote team, the Sr Director manages critical vendor relationships, oversees departmental budgets, and maintains strict brand governance across all external marketing deliverables. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Campaign Execution Translate overarching marketing strategies into actionable, cohesive demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth. Lead business development and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to support customer acquisition and revenue goals. Manage the execution of major organizational go-to-market (GTM) rollouts, ensuring alignment with sales objectives. Marketing Operations & Revenue Analytics Oversee revenue operations, establishing processes and metrics to track marketing performance and ROI across the customer lifecycle. Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including platforms for outreach, intent data, and content analytics (e.g., Outreach, Demandbase, SEMRush, PathFactory). Lead vendor evaluations, negotiate contracts, and manage software renewals to ensure system efficiency. Brand Governance & Product Communications Implement the governance model for client-facing product communications and marketing materials. Review and approve external-facing content to ensure factual correctness, clarity, and strict alignment with Ansira brand standards. Budget, Procurement & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of marketing and operations professionals. Own and manage the marketing operations budget, tracking Budget vs. Actuals (BVA) and overseeing the procurement process (e.g., generating POs, approving invoices). Drive operational follow-through by assigning clear task ownership, implementing targeted follow-ups, and managing project timelines. Requirements Extensive leadership experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations. Proven track record of executing high-stakes marketing campaigns. Deep expertise in marketing technology stacks (e.g., Outreach, Demandbase, SEMrush) and software vendor management.
