The role
Our client, B2Spin is looking for a senior product leader to own the core platform that every player and every brand depends on. From first registration through to verified, paying player, you’ll lead the Account and Payments & Wallet product teams and the wider early-lifecycle portfolio - building infrastructure that's fast, secure, and reusable across a growing portfolio of Social Casino brands. This isn't a maintenance role: you'll treat the core platform as a product in its own right, drive it forward with data and experimentation, and set the AI-first direction for how your teams discover, build, and ship.
What you'll do
- Own the full player lifecycle — registration, KYC, login, and refer-a-friend — with a relentless focus on conversion, cutting drop-off from first visit to verified, playing account.
- Lead payments, wallet, and redemptions across all brands, maximising purchase success, minimising declines, and making sure players trust they'll get paid quickly and reliably.
- Drive fraud, risk, and compliance controls that catch bad actors without slowing down genuine players, keeping chargebacks within limits and responsible gameplay tools easy to find and use.
- Build once, deploy everywhere — architect shared core services and wallet integrations that make launching a new brand faster and cheaper with every iteration.
- Empower operations teams through self-serve back office tooling that reduces manual work and gives payments, fraud, and support teams the visibility to resolve issues at the source.
- Define the AI-first roadmap for the core platform, shaping how your teams use AI to build smarter, ship faster, and manage risk more effectively.
- Own stakeholder relationships, build and own trusted relationships with payment providers, KYC partners and internal compliance teams — act as the single product point of contact for these stakeholders, keep them aligned with product priorities, and lead provider evaluation and selection in partnership with them.
What we're looking for
- Proven product leadership experience across payments, identity/KYC, fraud, or fintech platforms — ideally in a multi-brand or multi-market environment.
- A track record of owning conversion-critical funnels and improving them through rigorous measurement, A/B testing, and data-led decision-making.
- Deep understanding of fraud detection, chargeback management, and responsible gaming controls, with experience navigating real compliance requirements.
- Experience leading and developing product managers, setting strategy, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, and legal.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment where progress beats perfection and ideas move quickly from concept to production.
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and integrations at a product level.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and a genuine interest in building it into how teams work — not as a novelty, but as a lever for speed, quality, and risk management.
