Località: Aprilia, Italy 100% Onsite Salary: € 37,000 - € 45,000 Il ruolo Supportare il manager nella definizione di progetti di efficienza energetica, collaborando con tutte le funzioni coinvolte. Gestire l’analisi della documentazione di progetto e l’allineamento delle proposte tecniche e commerciali. Redigere User Requirement Specifications (URS) e specifiche tecniche per gare d’appalto, garantendo la conformità a GMP, CFR 21 Part 11, BRC, ISO e procedure interne. Supportare la gestione dei progetti di miglioramento energetico, incluse comunicazioni e reportistica. Collaborare con i reparti per migliorare l’efficienza energetica e rispettare budget e KPI del sito. Lavorare con Procurement e Finance per identificare opportunità di riduzione dei costi delle utilities. Preparare e supportare audit energetici esterni. Aggiornare la documentazione tecnica, inclusi disegni CAD. Supportare la pianificazione e la previsione dei consumi di elettricità, gas e acqua. Gestire la documentazione di resilienza del sito per la disponibilità delle utilities. Partecipare alle attività di Ingegneria e Manutenzione, inclusi monitoraggio KPI e riunioni di reparto. Promuovere una cultura di efficienza energetica e miglioramento continuo. Il profilo Requisiti minimi Laurea in Ingegneria. Esperienza da 3 a 5 anni. Capacità di camminare e muoversi all’interno dello stabilimento. Competenze e background preferiti Esperienza nel settore manifatturiero. Esperienza nei settori alimentare o farmaceutico.
