Ability to establish credibility and influence front-line leaders. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions. Ability to manage multiple projects. Experience in data analysis with the ability to draw preliminary insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level expertise in Excel. Familiarity with Google Suite and Workday is preferred but not required. 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Experience conducting workplace investigations. Some experience working with labor relations. Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
