Job Description Propósito del rol Serás responsable de implementar acciones estratégicas orientadas al crecimiento del negocio en cuentas privadas, contribuyendo al cumplimiento y superación de los objetivos comerciales de la franquicia de Oncología. Principales responsabilidades Realizar visitas diarias a cuentas del sector privado, interactuando con todos los stakeholders involucrados en el proceso del paciente, tanto clínicos como administrativos. Profundizar el conocimiento del proceso del paciente en cuentas privadas para ampliar la base de pacientes de Oncología. Colaborar con el equipo comercial para minimizar la presencia de distribuidores no autorizados y abrir nuevas cuentas. Dominar el proceso con aseguradoras dentro de las cuentas privadas, identificando oportunidades de mejora en la gestión, seguimiento y aprobación de pacientes. Brindar capacitación continua y fortalecer el posicionamiento de nuestras indicaciones con Oncología Médica. Optimizar la asignación estratégica de los recursos para maximizar resultados. Perfil requerido Licenciatura en áreas de la salud, preferentemente. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el mercado de Oncología y/o alta especialidad. Excelente manejo administrativo y de procesos y politicas internas. Amplia Experiencia en desarrollo comercial privado asi como manejo de mayoristas y distribuidores de alta especialidad. Disponibilidad de viaje 50% Zona Monterrey, Chihuahua, Cd. Juarez. Inglés nivel medio. Manejo de ambiente Windows. Veeva, Excel, Word, PowerPoint y SAP.
