You'll help keep patient flow moving while supporting providers, clinical staff, and families in a high-energy pediatric urgent care setting. What We Offer Competitive Compensation Starting at $22ph+ Consistent Evening & Weekend Schedules Opportunities for Growth Within an Expanding Pediatric Urgent Care Program 401(k) with Employer Match Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Paid Time Off Employee Wellness & Discount Programs Supportive Team Environment Focused on Collaboration & Development What You'll Do Welcome and check in pediatric patients and their families Verify insurance eligibility and collect required documentation Schedule appointments and manage patient registrations Collect co-pays and process payments accurately Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries Coordinate patient flow between the front desk and clinical team Maintain accurate patient demographics and electronic medical records Obtain required authorizations and complete registration paperwork Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience for every family What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist experience preferred Pediatric or urgent care experience required Bilingual English/Spanish Required Experience verifying insurance and collecting patient payments Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Experience with EMR systems required (athenaOne experience a plus) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset Compensation Range $22ph-$24ph The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
