Tu misión Liderarás la ejecución de la estrategia de desarrollo de negocios y de los proyectos asociados, identificando y consolidando oportunidades comerciales en mercados actuales y emergentes. Tu objetivo: generar crecimiento rentable, aumentar la participación de mercado y contribuir a las metas comerciales del área, siempre con los más altos estándares de seguridad, calidad e integridad. ¿Qué harás en el día a día? Explorar el mercado e identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, diseñando estrategias para comercializar gases en procesos industriales, desde la evaluación hasta la implementación. Elaborar propuestas técnico-comerciales y evaluaciones de rentabilidad, coordinándote con los equipos comercial, de cadena de suministro, ingeniería en clientes y otras áreas internas para construir propuestas de valor competitivas. Actualizar el forecast de ventas y demanda según el comportamiento histórico de clientes, renovaciones contractuales y nuevas oportunidades en desarrollo. Gestionar clientes clave, identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar la postventa y la planificación de demanda y reposición de gases. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería Civil (Industrial, Química, Mecánica u otra), Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines. Entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, productos u otros cargos afines, y/o venta directa a clientes B2B, con orientación comercial a resultados. Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio, específicamente Excel, y licencia de conducir clase B vigente (requisitos excluyentes). Disponibilidad para viajes nacionales. Sumarán puntos a tu perfil Conocimientos en evaluación de proyectos, procesos de gases y sus aplicaciones. Nivel de inglés intermedio. Manejo de SAP. Manejo de Qlik Sense. ¿Te interesa?
