David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative for their Lisbon office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide optimal advice regarding various incoming bank client queries over the phone
Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner
Provide clear information about products and service
Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms
Use handbooks to help you out in specific cases
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or proficient level of Polish language, both verbal and written
Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent communication skills
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
