Die Position ist im Team Business Transformation innerhalb der Chief Operating Officer (COO) Division angesiedelt und verbindet Frontoffice-Nähe, fachliche Verantwortung und aktive Mitgestaltung. Während der laufenden Einführungsphase unterstützen Sie das Projektteam bei Tests und der Vorbereitung der Organisation. Anschließend übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle als lokale Ansprechperson für die tägliche Anwendung des Systems und begleiten dessen Weiterentwicklung aus Sicht der Nutzer. YOUR CHALLENGE Zentrale Ansprechperson für Relationship Manager und Frontoffice-Mitarbeitende rund um die Nutzung des Frontoffice-Systems Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei fachlichen und prozessualen Fragestellungen sowie Förderung einer effizienten Systemnutzung Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Onboarding-Maßnahmen inklusive Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen Aufnahme und Analyse von Nutzerfeedback sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fach-, Projekt- und IT-Teams zur Weiterentwicklung der Anwendung Mitwirkung bei Tests, Releases und der Einführung neuer Funktionalitäten Koordination operativer Support-Themen sowie Identifikation und Aufbereitung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen YOUR PROFILE Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung (z. B. Bankfachwirt, Bankbetriebswirt) oder ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Private Banking, Wealth Management oder in einer vergleichbaren frontnahen Funktion sowie ein gutes Verständnis von Frontoffice-Prozessen und der Arbeitsweise von Relationship Managern Ausgeprägte Service-, Kommunikations- und Vermittlungskompetenz gepaart mit einer selbstständigen, strukturierten und pragmatischen Arbeitsweise Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Anwendungen; Erfahrungen in Digitalisierungs-, Transformations- oder Systemeinführungsprojekten sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
