Responsibilities Drive the strategic growth and daily management of consumer digital banking channels, including mobile and internet banking platforms. Collaborate with product, technology, and design teams to design, test, and implement user-centric digital features and enhancements. Analyze digital channel performance, customer journeys, and usage metrics to identify optimization opportunities and increase digital adoption. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including defining business requirements, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing post-implementation reviews. Ensure all digital channel initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, internal risk guidelines, and security standards. Support the execution of digital campaigns and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Requirements Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in digital channel management, digital product development, or project management within the consumer banking or financial services sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable digital strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with digital banking trends, user experience (UX) principles, and emerging financial technologies.
