Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic, financial, and regulatory governance frameworks for the Consumer Banking Group Act as primary liaison between the Finance BUC, digibank tech and business/product owners. Ensure the delivery of digital journeys is aligned with the bank’s overall strategy. Ensure digibank features are delivered on time with the expected quality. Ensure and oversee projects in accordance with proper governance and cost management. Monitor project costs and ensure proper project governance. Monitor key data to ensure digibank stays competitive in the digital banking market Communicate product/feature launch via e-mail, push notifications, and other available channels by working with the marketing, data chapter, and business teams.
