Key Responsibilities: • Oversee corporate branding, manage brand reputation and build positive perception • Develop, govern and enforce brand guidelines for First Gen across all channels. • Manage social media engagement and online branding. • Support public relations and advocacy, in close coordination with Corp Communications Team • Coordinate internal branding efforts to maintain cohesive messaging across employer branding and CSR initiatives • Lead brand perception studies and analyze brand performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market trends (in relation to competitor activities or consumer behavior) to identify opportunities for improvement. • Align with parent company for corporate guidelines and co-branding protocols, as needed. • Handle other special projects that may be assigned.
