Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a minor or advanced degree in business is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail sales, covering both B2B and B2C solutions. At least 5 years of experience managing sales teams. At least 5 years in a management capacity. At least 5 years of experience in multi-company and multi-team program or project implementation. Preferred: 7 years of experience specifically in retail sales enablement and/or retail sales effectiveness. Technical Skills: Advanced skills in project management, strategic thinking, and planning, alongside a mastery of execution excellence and working knowledge of retail technology. Soft Skills: Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and change management communication skills; ability to multi-task in a results-oriented environment.
