What this role is all about As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for business positions across an assigned region, segment, or product area. You will partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, coordinate selection processes, and support informed hiring decisions. You will also contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and share relevant market insights with People Operations teams.
