Support outreach efforts through phone calls, emails, meeting coordination, and follow-up communication. Help maintain prospect databases, track referral opportunities, and contribute to initiatives designed to grow the firm's client base and strategic partnerships. Requirements: Skills and Qualifications: A high school diploma is required, with an associate's/bachelor’s degree preferred. You should have at least 2 years of experience in client service or financial services. Financial Service Licensing preferred. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with superior skills in all Microsoft Office applications. Adherence to a strict standard of client confidentiality. Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality, uphold ethical standards, and demonstrate courteous conduct in all interactions. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with different groups and work styles, ensuring seamless teamwork.
