Job Description Join our team as a Service Operations Specialist, where you will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of investment performance reporting for clients and advisors. In this role, you will analyze and reconcile brokerage data, investigate reporting exceptions, support issue resolution, and collaborate with business partners to enhance processes and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities -Become well-versed of in-house and vendor systems for research and problem solving. -Analyze summary and exception information from reconciliation reporting. -Document metrics based on reporting results. -Use findings to generate recommendations for internal and external partners. -Transmit reporting exceptions to vendor for client website updates. -Validate client website updates. -Document processes or reporting enhancements. -Resolve or help resolve client and advisor escalations or other immediate ad hoc requests. -Maintain effective and trusting relationships with key business partners. -Provide support to small to medium sized projects. -Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cost Basis, Clearing Tax Reporting, Tax Quality, and Output Processing, to support projects, process improvements, issue resolution, and organizational priorities. Required Qualifications -Education: Associate degree or equivalent. -Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience. -Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience. -A passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry. -Ability to work independently, take initiative, and willingness to learn new processes and systems. -Strong analytical (quantitative/qualitative), problem-solving, and prioritization skills. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and business partners. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively summarize and communicate results from data request analyses. -Proficient with MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for evaluating data. Preferred Qualifications -Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Math, Science, or related field. -Brokerage operations Experience. -Experience processing corporate actions events. -Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, queries and macros, or equivalent ability to learn. -Additional data software or programming languages or ability to learn. Base Pay Salary The estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.15 - $35.96 / hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
