Job Responsibilities: Maintain daily communication with your assigned team of drivers to promote efficient operations and ensure productivity. Monitor shipments and ensure all freight is delivered accurately and on schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support companywide initiatives and achieve organizational objectives. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with drivers, serving as their primary point of contact for on-road concerns, resolving issues, and supporting their continued growth and development within the organization. Clearly communicate safety expectations and ensure drivers adhere to all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Proactively track freight shipments, monitor delivery progress, and address potential delays to ensure on-time delivery within established timeframes. Job Qualifications: Relevant sales, leadership, or management experience within the transportation industry. Proven track record of success, with the ability to lead by example and drive team performance. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to operational challenges. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
