Drive operational excellence by creating a conducive customer journey and ensuring speedy resolutions. 2. Ensure seamless operations in cash, inventory, floor, and in-store merchandising management. 3. Assist the HoMC in all aspects of store management and deputise in their absence. 4. Lead, coach, and mentor the team to foster a great service and high-performance culture. 5.
