YOUR CHALLENGE Sie sind Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für compliancebezogene Fragestellungen im Bereich Wertpapiere im Zusammenhang mit dem WpHG, Bafin-Regulierungen, EU-Verordnungen und mehr Sie stellen zusammen mit dem Team gesetzliche und aufsichtsrechtliche Anforderungen im Bereich Compliance sicher und managen die Risiken entsprechend Unterstützung des MaRisk Compliance Beauftragten (z. B. Zuordnung der eingehenden neuen regulatorischen Aspekte sowie deren Nachverfolgung, Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Sitzungen der MaRisk Compliance Working Group Zuweisung neu eingehender gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen in der entsprechenden Datenbank bzw.
