Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Behavioral Health 📍 Location: Main Campus, La Crosse, WI 👩‍⚕️ Department: Inpatient Behavioral Health (IBH) 🕒 Schedule: 60 hours per two weeks (0.75 FTE) | Straight 12-hour Night shifts (1830–0700) 📆 Every third weekend | Two holidays per year Why Join Us? What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, trauma-informed and evidence-based care to patients experiencing acute mental health crisis. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, NPs, RNs, behavioral health specialists, CNAs, social workers, therapists, clergy, and addiction counselors. Support patients through crisis stabilization, medication management, and therapeutic interventions. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
