Interaction with existing or prospective customer to identify and customize solutions and present proposals to resolve transportation problems/meet transportation needs. Provision of ongoing support to existing accounts and to dealer network to ensure customers retention, generate additional or replacement. Attainment of sales goals at or above quota. Create an environment in which people want to do their best. Act as a leader in the development and guidance of employees to meet revenue and margin goals. Skills and Abilities Above average interpersonal skills with strong emphasis on customer relations, communications and presentation skills. Proven ability to effectively organize responsibilities and manage time. Keen problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve objectives. Understands the importance of responsibility, accountability and commitment. Ability to teach employees to be resourceful, effectively manage and quickly accomplish goals. Willingness to help out at the rental counter for peak periods and/or vacation coverage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred business or related field. Three (3) years or more of demonstrated success in a sales role required.
