Objetivo del puesto Realizar el movimiento y traslado de unidades dentro del patio de acuerdo con las instrucciones del líder o supervisor inmediato, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos, estándares de calidad y normas de seguridad. Principales actividades Movimiento y manejo de unidades dentro del patio. Identificación, asignación y localización de unidades. Verificación de la hoja de trabajo (Work Order). Identificación y reporte de defectos en las unidades. Realización de recorridos de 5S y EHS. Cumplimiento de instrucciones y estándares establecidos para la operación. Apego a normas de seguridad, reglamentos internos y lineamientos del cliente. Perfil que buscamos Experiencia y habilidad en manejo de vehículos. Trabajo en equipo. Comunicación efectiva. Proactividad y dinamismo. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. Disponibilidad para rolar turnos. Alto compromiso con la seguridad y el cumplimiento de procedimientos. Condiciones de trabajo Aproximadamente el 80% de las actividades se realizan a la intemperie. Exposición a condiciones climatológicas como calor, sol, lluvia y viento.
