Key Responsibilities: Learning Strategy & PSG University Build and scale PSG University as the enterprise learning ecosystem, achieving strong participation and completion across all geographies. Establish global learning frameworks that adapt to local needs, aligning all learning programs with PSG’s business strategy to deliver measurable business impact. Employee Lifecycle Learning Own development across the employee journey—including hiring, onboarding, continuous learning, and leadership—to raise onboarding effectiveness and speed-to-productivity for new hires.
