Position Overview: The Project Management Senior role will be part of the Architecture and Engineering team within the Multifamily Technology and Operational Risk Division. The position will be primarily is responsible to lead Risk Governance initiatives for our Architecture and Engineering teams. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the successful delivery of multifamily projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. 5 - 7 years of professional related experience in project management with a focus on business and strategy. Strong knowledge of Project delivery and Regulatory landscape. Proven track record in risk assessment, mitigation, and compliance. Prior mortgage industry experience highly desired Ability to support multiple concurrent high priority projects in various capacities Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings and to develop and deliver presentations/materials to various levels of audiences Project management experience using standard project management tools; collecting, writing, and maintaining requirements; maintaining action item, issue, and risk logs; managing reporting and facilitation of effective project team meetings Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) Ability to work independently while driving and managing assignments from concept through deployment/launch. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
