What You’ll Do
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the property management system
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests
- Process payments, billing, and financial transactions accurately
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and special requests
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and inviting

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a receptionist or front office role (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Communicates fluently in both English and Greek, verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Is familiar with hotel systems such as Protel or similar (considered an asset)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Has a friendly, professional demeanor and a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Is flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
