โข Oversee cable harness manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
โข Analyze production performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce defects.
โข Collaborate with product engineering teams to resolve design for manufacturability (DFM) issues early in the product lifecycle.
