What you’ll do
- Lead service at the pass—timing, quality, communication.
- Own prep systems, mise en place, and station standards.
- Train new team members; lead sharp, efficient briefings.
- Support stock/ordering, control waste, watch costs.
- Keep HACCP/food safety spotless; ace audits.
- Pre-opening: equipment checks, recipe cards, menu run-throughs.
