As Head of Customer Experience, you will define and drive the customer experience strategy across the full customer lifecycle. You'll act as the voice of the customer, establish experience standards, use customer insights and performance data to drive improvement, and partner with internal teams and outsourced service providers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Senior experience in customer operations, customer experience or service environments
Strong understanding of Customer Care and omnichannel service delivery, including outsourced service partners
Experience establishing customer experience standards, performance frameworks and accountability measures
Strong commercial, analytical and cross-functional leadership capability
