Can you spot a new format weeks before brands start copying it? Do you have strong opinions on fandoms, communities, and what drives them? Are you ready to spend your internship turning that instinct into content for real clients? Then this could be where you start.
What you'll do
You’ll join our strategy team, ideally for six months, starting in January 2027. If you’re doing the internship for school credits, we’ll fit the length to your programme. You’ll help our content and social strategists understand what audiences are doing and saying on social, and turn that into content for clients across entertainment, gaming, consumer and corporate brands. You’ll learn our tools and strategic methods along the way, with real client work from day one.
Main responsibilities
Support the daily content pipeline, from content calendars to scheduling and publishing
Draft captions and copy for review
Monitor channels and take part in community management
Follow local trends, formats, creators, and communities, and flag what’s relevant for our clients
Help pull data for recurring social reports, and learn what drove the numbers
Contribute ideas in team brainstorms for content and campaigns
Build slides for internal and client presentations
What we're looking for
You might be studying marketing, media, or journalism, or have run social for a student union, a club, or a side project of your own. What matters is that you live online, have a feel for what resonates with people, and want to understand why.
Qualifications
Currently studying, or recently graduated, in marketing, media and communication, journalism, or a related field
Fluency in the major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and how brands use them
Strong writing, and an eye for formats and visuals that make people stop scrolling
Fluent in English; additional languages (including Swedish) are a plus
Eligibility to work in Sweden

You can do the internship for school credits as part of your studies, or as a paid internship if you’ve recently graduated.
All interns get an internship buddy who has your back, honest feedback from people who do this every day, and a chance at an entry-level role afterwards. You’ll work from our award-winning office at Grev Tureplan.
Recent graduates on a paid internship also get a salary, 30 days’ vacation per year, private health insurance, and an occupational pension.

Something you’ve noticed recently that you haven’t been able to stop thinking about, whether it’s a brand on social, a cultural shift, or something you overheard. What caught your attention, and what do you think is really going on underneath it?
Keep the letter to one A4 page at most. We’re reading for how you think, not how much you write, so give us your own thinking, in your own voice. We’d much rather read something genuinely yours than something perfectly polished by AI.
