Are you curious about what people really say online, and why? Do you enjoy digging through comment threads until you find the pattern nobody else spotted? Are you ready to spend your internship making sense of the conversation for clients ranging from video game studios to global brands? Then this could be where you start.
What you'll do
You’ll join our strategy team, ideally for six months starting in January 2027. If you’re doing the internship for school credits, we’ll fit the length to your programme. You’ll be helping our senior strategists turn online conversation into insight for clients across gaming, corporate, and consumer brands. You’ll learn our listening tools and strategic methods along the way, with real client work from day one.
Main responsibilities
Build and maintain listening queries and dashboards
Monitor conversations across social, news, and community platforms, and summarize what matters
Undertake the manual research behind listening: read and tag mentions, check relevance and sentiment, and dig into conversations the tools miss
Help prepare listening reports on volume, sentiment, themes, and competitor activity
Help monitor emerging issues during reactive moments
Deliver a research project of your own
What we're looking for
You might be studying media, marketing, or data, or something else entirely. What matters is that you’re curious about what people say online and why, comfortable with messy data, and patient enough to find the signal in it.
Qualifications
Currently studying, or recently graduated, in media and communication, marketing, data and analytics, or a related field
Fluency in the major social and community platforms, including gaming platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and Twitch
Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets, and building presentations
Experience with social listening tools such as Meltwater, Brandwatch, or Talkwalker is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages (including Swedish) are a plus
Eligibility to work in Sweden

You can do the internship for school credits as part of your studies, or as a paid internship if you’ve recently graduated.

Recent graduates on a paid internship also get a salary, 30 days’ vacation per year, private health insurance, and an occupational pension.

Tell us about a time you dug through a lot of messy information to find an answer. What did you find, and how did you know it was right?
Keep the letter to one A4 page at most. We’re reading for how you think, not how much you write — so give us your own thinking, in your own voice. We’d much rather read something genuinely yours than something perfectly polished by AI.
