  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and financial statements for executive leadership, ownership, tax, and Major League Baseball requirements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including the new Ballpark project, major events, and partnerships.
  • Review and approve journal entries, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Establish, enhance, and maintain effective internal controls, financial processes, reporting tools, and KPI tracking to support accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial governance standards, and applicable Major League Baseball requirements.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to improve transactional efficiency, planning, reporting, and the effective use of accounting and financial systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Legal, People Operations, Business Strategy, and other teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and organizational priorities.
  • Lead, develop, and supervise members of the Finance team, including setting goals and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Lead a high-performing team focused on analytics and strong business partnership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
