We are looking for a professional Engineer/science graduate as a Sales Engineer with strong Marine Industry knowledge and solid Industry network to drive Sales Business in Marine & Shipyard business. Job Description 1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services; 2. Analyse and understand market insights and the customers' buying behaviors and make sales plans accordingly to business division strategy and targets. Good understanding of shipyards business, especially supporting commercially and technically new building enquiries. 3. Look for and manage leads from the market, customers and convert them in real business opportunities means owner of Lead to Cash Process. 4. Managing and custodian of documents related to new building ships from quote to delivery including technical documents, manuals, ship design documents, any change request, OSP Etc. 5. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on understanding customer needs and highlighting the value of our products and services 6. Runs the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools. Build and maintain a sufficient network at customers 7. Understand customer needs and offer solutions with customer values. 8. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions 8. Be active member of the Marine service team with a team spirit mindset. 9. Work proactively and in a structured way to serve customers, Customers comes always at first as per Alfa Laval Service culture. 10. Drive digitalization initiatives to expand presence and customer engagement. 11. Close coordination between Service Department, Service Operations, and International Marine Service Organization. Who you are - You are a Engineer/science graduate with 4 - 5 years plus of experience in the shipyard, shipbuilding and Marine business - Industry, Product and Application proven competence - Business acumen - Business/marketing analysis, contracts, pricing, sales & marketing -Customer relationship and negotiating skills - Systems/solutions engineering knowledge, technical and costing - High proficiency in Alfa Laval Core technology for Marine products of Alfa Laval - Good communication skills - Proficiency in excel, word, presentation skills. - Relevant Engineering Degree in Marine/Mechanical. - Strong networking in Marine industry customers - Build up organization competencies in product/application.
