COMPANY 🌱 RYZE was founded in 2019 by Andrée Werner and Rashad Hossain, out of a parents' basement 🏠, with a mission to change daily health, starting with the morning routine: a nutrient-dense mushroom coffee ☕🍄 delivering clean energy ⚡, mental clarity 🧠, and immune support 🛡️. Built on a Direct-to-Consumer foundation with a performance marketing engine, RYZE achieved hockey-stick growth 📈 and a community of over 1 million active subscribers. 🎉 DTC remains the foundation, but RYZE has expanded into mass retail 🛒, quickly becoming the #2 item in Target's overall coffee category and is now executing a multi-channel expansion, with a cross-category launch coming in early 2027 🚀. RYZE is uniquely positioned to redefine how people think about daily wellness. ✨ We're a lean, fast-moving, mission-driven team who believe daily rituals create the foundation for living your greatest life, and we're just getting started! 🌱🔥 WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯 Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll own and run RYZE’s affiliate program on AspireIQ end to end — recruiting affiliates, managing the platform, optimizing commission structures, and ensuring the program consistently drives revenue and surfaces high-performing creators for paid partnerships. This is a performance role. You’ll be measured on affiliate-driven revenue, program growth, and the quality of the creator pipeline you build. Responsibilities will include: Onboarding, and platform administration. Set and manage commission structures, codes, and links, and process affiliate payouts accurately and on time. Monitor program performance (clicks, conversions, revenue) and report on affiliate contribution to overall creator-driven revenue. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-performing affiliates, sourcing new creators and promoting standout creators into paid tiers. Ensure affiliate content and disclosures meet FTC guidelines and RYZE brand standards. Monitor for fraud, coupon abuse, and policy violations, and resolve escalations. Partner with finance and ops on payout reconciliation and reporting. Communicate regularly with affiliates on program updates, incentives, and performance feedback to keep top performers engaged. Consistently run A/B tests to optimize different areas of the affiliate funnel. Location & Travel Remote (US), with occasional travel for content shoots, creator events, and experiential activations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🔍 Someone who treats affiliate marketing as a performance channel, not an admin function. You know how commission structures work, what drives affiliate motivation, and how to read program data to find what to optimize next. You’re organized enough to manage a high volume of affiliate relationships without errors in payouts or tracking, and sharp enough to know which creators to invest in and which to cut. You understand FTC requirements and take compliance seriously without it slowing you down. Experience 3+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, ideally managing a program on AspireIQ or a similar affiliate platform. Comfort with commission structures, payout processes, and performance metrics. Extremely organized, with strong attention to detail managing a high volume of affiliate relationships. Solid spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking and reporting. Clear, professional written communication. A performance mindset and bias toward action. Nice to Have Experience with AspireIQ specifically. Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate and influencer content. Food & beverage or wellness category experience. Experience supporting a gifting or paid creator program alongside affiliate. Experience managing community platforms like Google Groups, Discord, etc. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS 💫 Low-ego, team-first: The best idea wins, no matter whose it is Self-starter: You see what needs doing and get after it, no waiting for direction Comfortable in ambiguity: Fast pace and shifting priorities energize you rather than rattle you Builder at heart: You're energized by a fast-moving environment where you help create the processes and playbooks, not just follow them Mission-driven: You genuinely care about wellness and are excited to help build RYZE's next chapter WHAT WE OFFER 🌟 Benefits Competitive hourly or monthly contract compensation 💰 Fully remote, flexible work environment 🌍 Opportunity to work on high-impact performance creative for a fast-growing brand 🚀 Access to RYZE creative assets, tools, templates, and performance insights 🎨 We are a fully remote, global company with a mission to help people feel better every day through the power of superfoods. We are looking for passionate individuals to help us grow our impact and community through a better-for-you daily ritual that supports whole body health.
