- Analyze and reconcile various general ledger accounts
- Post journal entries for payroll
- Assist with monthly inventory reports
- General accounts payable and accounting duties
- Ad hoc requests as required
- Participate in month-end close process
- Prepare journal entries
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and provide balance justification
- Maintain fixed assets
- Monthly reporting package
- Monthly closings
- Reconciliations of accounts
- Coordination with outside accountants
- Assistance with external audits
- Testing of new PeopleSoft functionalities from accounting perspective.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- 2 - 4 years working experience
- CPA track: not required, but a plus
- Excellent excell skills
- Knowledge of PSFT a plus
