What we’re looking for in you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of related experience, including experience managing enterprise platform, digital product, or business application initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and releases in support of operational plans and business objectives. Experience gathering and analyzing detailed information, investigating complex problems, and developing practical recommendations. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build shared understanding on policies, practices, procedures, and technical matters. Knowledge of enterprise platforms, integrated systems, product lifecycle practices, service operations, and value measurement. Experience managing Workday or another enterprise resource planning platform is an asset. Knowledge of Workday capabilities, integrations, vendor releases, release planning, and enterprise support models is considered an asset. Preference may be given to candidates with a product management certification. Familiarity with enterprise product operating models or agile delivery practices is desirable. Ability to guide the day-to-day work of others and support consistent product practices without formal supervisory responsibility.
