Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. 岗位简介主要负责流体管路类产品焊接工艺开发、焊接相关设备选型与工艺适配开发，完成工艺试验、样品验证、工艺固化，输出完整工艺技术文件，支撑实验室工艺研发以及自动化产线的工艺落地，保障产品焊接质量、一致性与可追溯性。岗位职责焊接工艺开发与试验研究开展管路产品 TIG 焊、激光焊接等焊接工艺研发，设计 DOE 工艺试验，标定焊接电流、焊接速度、保护气体、激光功率等关键工艺窗口；同步开展尺寸公差等工艺问题，分析并抑制各类焊接缺陷。焊接质量验证与缺陷分析利用无损检测、力学性能、金相、材质光谱复验、腐蚀试验等手段，完成试板及样品的焊接质量验证；对气孔、未熔合、变形、耐蚀不达标等焊缝缺陷进行根因分析，迭代优化工艺参数，完成工艺评定工作。焊接设备选型评估与工艺适配开发参与焊接、切割、自动化焊接工作站类设备的选型评估；梳理设备能力边界，完成设备与产品之间的工艺适配开发；向结构、控制设计团队输出工艺约束条件，提出工装夹具、机器人系统的工艺需求。样品试制、工艺落地与问题整改主导产品焊接样品试制，处理试制及小批量试生产阶段各类工艺质量问题；将实验室验证完成的成熟工艺基线输出到生产环节，指导试产，持续提升工艺稳定性，降低人工依赖。协同研发与追溯体系对接和机械、电控、测试等工程师协同，输出自动化产线焊接工艺需求；对接设备供应商，参与设备工艺调试与验收；定义焊接工艺采集参数，配合搭建焊缝工艺数据采集与质量追溯体系。工艺标准化与技术沉淀编制焊接工艺规范、作业指导书、工艺风险分析文件，建立焊接工艺参数库；跟踪行业焊接新工艺、新技术，完成技术文档整理归档，推动工艺持续迭代优化。任职要求学历专业：本科及以上，材料成型、焊接工程、机械类相关专业，3‑5 年不锈钢管路焊接工艺开发经验，具备 TIG 焊、激光焊接工艺调试开发经验优先。专业知识：熟悉不锈钢管材焊接特性，掌握 WPS/PQR 焊接工艺评定流程；熟悉无损检测、金相、力学、腐蚀等焊接质量验证手段，了解通用焊接行业标准。设备能力：熟悉 TIG 焊、激光焊接、激光切管设备工作原理，具备焊接设备选型、评估及工艺适配调试经验；了解机器人自动化焊接工作站优先。综合能力：能够独立策划工艺试验，定位焊接缺陷根因并给出优化方案；具备完整工艺报告、技术文件编写能力；能够在实验室、试制现场开展试验验证，具备良好跨团队沟通协作能力。 BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
