Key Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician will work as a team, minimizing production downtime by proactively responding to maintenance calls and executing preventative maintenance strategies. As a maintenance technician, you will also hone your skills on Allen Bradley PLC’s, Fanuc Robots (stackers, palletizers, wrappers), welding/fabrication, electrical troubleshooting, and more. The Maintenance Technician will have experience in or ability to learn: Electrical: 24V to 480V, single phase or three phase Welding: MIG, TIG, Stick Industrial Maintenance - Troubleshooting and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment, or military equivalent Reading and interpreting blueprints: electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic Bonus Skills: An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus 3-5 years of previous experience in plant maintenance, machine repair, or military equivalent Troubleshooting of PLC’s and experience with Ladder Logic Completion of an apprenticeship/journeyman program is desired Veterans encouraged to apply What you need: High school diploma and/or applicable experience 1 or more years of previous experience in plant maintenance, machine repair, or military equivalent (highly preferred) Roskam Foods offers a competitive compensation package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, tuition reimbursement, life and disability insurance, and a 401 (k) plan with company match.
