Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying their commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable commercial properties.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers to facilitate successful transactions.
- Prepare detailed market analysis, reports, and presentations to inform clients about market trends and investment opportunities.
- Guide clients on financial considerations, including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns.
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads effectively.
- Stay updated on local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends that could impact clients' decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
