The Electrical Engineer at Nawy Real Estate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems for various construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Design electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and emergency systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software.
- Conduct site surveys and assess existing electrical systems to determine upgrade or repair needs.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and mechanical engineers to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
- Provide technical support during construction phases and conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Manage procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to address any issues that arise during installation or operation.
- Prepare specifications and documentation for electrical systems and equipment.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in electrical engineering and technology.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proficient in CAD software and electrical design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, able to work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines.
