- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices with high accuracy.
- Execute 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and receiving records.
- Prepare and execute regular payment disbursements via bank transfers, checks, and electronic payments.
- Reconcile vendor account statements and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Maintain complete, organized, and up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payment schedules.
- Assist with month-end financial closing procedures and accounts payable reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate expenditure policies and standard accounting practices.
- Support internal and external audits by compiling and delivering required financial documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3 -5 years of Experience in accounts payable experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment.
