Responsibilities
- Provide specialized customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries at first contact whenever possible
- Answer customer questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Assist customers with digital services, platforms, applications, and websites
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions
- Handle customer requests and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team or external partner when necessary
- Meet customer service quality, compliance, and productivity targets
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide a high level of customer satisfactio
Requirements
- Native or proficient Danish speaker (C2 level)
- B2-level English
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone communication
- Excellent listening and writing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Cyprus
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
