HJ Staffing is seeking a Sr. QNXT Software Engineer with deep healthcare technology experience to support enterprise software development initiatives for a leading healthcare organization
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong architecture, integration, and development expertise, specifically within healthcare payer environments and QNXT platforms. You will play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting highly complex software solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise healthcare software solutions.
- Lead software architecture, requirements gathering, technical design, and coding initiatives.
- Develop and support integrations, APIs, connectors, and communication frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support software verification, validation, testing, and certification activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing customer and operational support.
- Participate in process improvements, value engineering, and future-state technology planning.
- Ensure software configuration management and change management best practices are followed.
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of software engineering experience within healthcare technology environments.
- Direct, hands-on experience with QNXT platforms and healthcare payer systems (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in software architecture, design, development, and integration.
- Experience developing enterprise platform software, integrations, and communication frameworks.
- Proficiency coding in multiple programming languages.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience with software configuration management and change management practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
