What You'll Be Doing: Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, working hours, budgets, and expenditures. Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions arising from meetings. Prepare presentation materials for meetings, as required. Monitor project progress to ensure that deadlines are met. Identify and communicate required project changes. Provide administrative support as needed. Undertake project-related tasks as required. Support the development of project strategies. Ensure that projects adhere to established frameworks and that all project documentation is properly maintained. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions, where applicable. Manage stakeholder expectations and perspectives to support the best possible solutions. Chair and facilitate meetings, where appropriate, and distribute meeting minutes to all project team members. Create and maintain a project management calendar to support the achievement of project goals and objectives. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor or Diploma in any relevant field. 0-3 years of related work experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Thorough knowledge of industry practices, company policies, and procedures. Working knowledge of database concepts and project management software.
